Layne with BlueFin Pools has been awesome to work with and has always responded to my questions in a timely manner. The pool was done very quick and only delays were due to weather! The city of Lumberton gave us some issues but Layne and his team quickly came up with some great resolutions that still gave us the beautiful pool we desired. BlueFin Pools is not a done and run business, they are a partner and Layne is still supporting us and and answering any questions we have. I would recommend BlueFin Pools and give them 5 stars!

Layne and company built out pool in record time. We were swimming in just over a month from the day we signed a contract. He even checked in on us after the freeze and storms. Great company and people! We love our Bluefin pool and spa.

Bluefin Pools did an outstanding job on our pool. Layne Wilson was extremely engaged in the build.  The speed at which the pool was installed was amazing! After getting quotes from over five companies. We appreciated the energy and desire to get our business. Layne continued to follow up and see what he could do to earn our business. The process is complex, and subcontractors were not always responsive, weather didn’t cooperate, but we got communication on plans and next steps. Such a major construction project and we had water in the pool with 6wks of breaking ground. Another element that Bluefin excelled in Is materials. I’m extremely pleased with our equipment (variable speed pump, DE filter, salt system, color LED lighting, etc.), and the install setup is top notch. Bluefin was so easy to work with on tweaks and changes we made; the waterline tile is exactly what we wanted for hardly an upcharge, Layne worked so diligently with us to assure the waterfall stone and coping were matched like we wanted - so happy with the outcome! Layne also supplied us with a top notch Polaris robot cleaner controlled by wifi - sweet! I could nitpick some of the details of work done by subcontractors, but that stuff happens. Overall, we are very satisfied with our pool, and have recommended Bluefin to our friends and neighbors. We feel that we got much more in quality with Bluefin for a favorably competitive price!

Bluefin Pools did an outstanding job replastering our pool and after followed up and added the necessary chemicals until the water was in balance. Layne Wilson provided me with the Orenda app, which going forward has been very helpful in adding the correct amount and only the chemicals necessary to keep the pool water balanced, which has saved me a lot of money, have not gone to Warehouse Pool in over a year.

Blue fin pools did a great job on our pool plaster. We added a new pool light that added a great look to our pool. I priced several pool companies and Blue fin was very reasonable and did excellent work. We plan to replace our sand filter in the near future will definitely be using them. Look no further if you are looking for a pool company, they are the best around.
