He met with us and listened to what we wanted. He had great ideas and didn’t try to sell us more than we had in mind. Bluefin Pools did an outstanding job replastering our pool and after followed up and added the necessary chemicals until the water was in balance. Layne Wilson provided me with the Orenda app, which going forward has been very helpful in adding the correct amount and only the chemicals necessary to keep the pool water balanced, which has saved me a lot of money, have not gone to Warehouse Pool in over a year.

Being a new pool owner to a older pool was overwhelming! Calling around, I only found people who were going to overcharge me, or say I needed unnecessary parts and even charge me just for coming out. I called Bluefin, he let me know that my DE filter needed to be replaced and my waterfall pump was out. He found the best prices for the parts and my pool was fixed in no time. He was very helpful, I had so many questions about the pool equipment and how it worked. He answered every question happily. Great business!

Layne with BlueFin Pools has been awesome to work with and has always responded to my questions in a timely manner. The pool was done very quick and only delays were due to weather! The city of Lumberton gave us some issues but Layne and his team quickly came up with some great resolutions that still gave us the beautiful pool we desired. I priced several pool companies and Blue fin was very reasonable and did excellent work. We plan to replace our sand filter in the near future will definitely be using them.
